After a year of researching, Infinium has found the answer we seek. Unfortunately, there aren't many data gathered, certain part of answer are not making satisfactory.

| Question: | How to define 8 hour work of a day precisely? |
| Answer: | Payment! |
Explain:

Concern:
|
|
| Question: | Is that possible make working and learning have enjoyment like gaming? |
| Answer: | In certain situation, Yes! |
The answer actually complex, but we have a nice definition and a good formula here:
Definition: Life is changing.
Formula:
| No Life | + | No effort | = | Chilling |
| Life | + | No effort | = | Gambling |
| No Life | + | Effort | = | Working |
| Life | + | Effort | = | Gaming |
With the definition of Life and the Formula, the answer much clearer: when working or learning something new, there is enjoyment. If the job is same over years, there is nothing different between a man and a machine.
Remark: the definition of Life is incomplete. As the circumstance of downfall, is that still call as life, or it should be doom? After a year with very few data gathered and so too few supporter, we understand that it hard to gather data with current fund. While the answer still have room for improment, something has to be change. And that's why most of service will be terminate to reserve resource for the next project, named "Open Commit".
Open Commit idea started when we start to understand the first question "Workday Definition". Currently, the term of a workday, of 8 hour per day may too vague, especially in medical and education. But as we understanding, payment is the form to restrict that "term", meaning not only Post-paid like Amazon, Alibaba, eBay, but also Pre-paid like Jira can help with the term of a workday. The problem is the implementation to fulfill its duty, but we already have plan.
In final word, Infinium thank for all the support given by community in the last year. Many thanks!
